1.    Qualified logs are cut and sawn into boards or square timber at the factory. Logs are bought in Vietnam 
2.    Process to eliminate the defects, such as bark, heartwood, knots before treatment
3.    Treated process under high pressure in vacuum against moth attack
4.    Wood is sorting again and prepare for kiln dry
5.    Kiln dry, MC 8 ~ 12% and check before take out qualified sawn timber
6.    Grading check after KD
